The airbag motorcycle jacket is specifically designed for motorcycle riding, providing protection in the event of an accident or when encountering challenging riding conditions. The shoulders and elbows are reinforced with double-layer fabrics for enhanced wear resistance. Reflective printing enhances visibility and safety during nighttime rides. The stylish airbag motorcycle jacket incorporates multi-stitching, adding a fashionable touch. It also features a multi-vent design for breathability, allowing riders to open the vents on the front chest to release excess heat when needed.

The airbag motorcycle jacket has a 2-layer structure including outer shell jacket, raincoat and thermal liner. The airbag motorcycle jacket is CE certificated. The outer shell fabric is 500D nylon cordura which has characteristics of water repellent, abrasion resistant and tear resistant. The thermal liner with 80g padded to keep the body warmer in cold weather.

The airbag motorcycle jacket includes a cargo pocket on the back, providing ample storage space for raincoats, gloves and other essentials. The jacket's peach with foam neckline offers a soft and comfortable fit. Additionally, there is a waterproof pocket inside the airbag motorcycle jacket, allowing for convenient storage of a phone or other valuable items, keeping them protected from water damage.The shoulder and elbow protectors are EN 1621-1:2012 and the back protector is EN 1621-2:2014. Water flap underneath the front zipper can prevent the rain from getting into body. The neckline, waist and sleeves are adjustable. The neckline adjustment makes wearing a helmet easily. The adjustable waist allows the rider wear comfortably. The sleeve adjustment ensures the elbow protectors in the right position.  

The motorcycle airbag system, integrated within the airbag motorcycle jacket, provides crucial protection to riders during accidents. Similar to airbag systems in cars, these motorcycle airbags are specifically designed to minimize injuries by creating a cushioning effect. In the event of a collision, built-in sensors swiftly detect the sudden change in velocity or impact, triggering the deployment of the airbag. The airbag system in the airbag motorcycle jacket consists of a rubber airbag positioned within the jacket's tunnel. To activate the system, a gas cylinder, typically holding 60CC of CO2 is securely fixed in the jacket's right bottom area. In the event of an accident, the gas cylinder is released, allowing the airbag system to fill rapidly with CO2,then the rider can change another 60CC gas cylinder to use next time.
